World Boxing Federation (WBF)
championship boxing returns to South
Africa on Friday August 30, when
fans are welcomed to a big show at
the Vibrant Sports Complex in Cape
Town.
The event is promoted by Jackie
Brice Boxing Promotions in
cooperation with David Faas Boxing
Productions.
In one of the main bouts, Sandiso
“The Reaper” Kota will face
locally-based Congolese Amador
Kalonji for the vacant WBF All
Africa Cruiserweight title.
Kota brings a 4-1 (2) record, while
Kalonji, from Lubumbashi in D. R. C.
but fighting out of Cape Town his
whole career, is a tad more
experienced at 6-1 (2).
The fight will be preceded by a
strong undercard featuring local
talent in interesting match-ups.
